Job Overview

The Sales Executive – UPVC will drive revenue growth for UPVC products through the development and execution of targeted sales strategies. Based in Ahmedabad and operating at an executive level, the role requires a minimum of 2 years and up to 30 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time position focusing on expanding market share and maintaining strong customer relationships for Kaka Industries Limited.


Qualifications and Skills


Sales strategy development (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.


Communication (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for engaging stakeholders, presenting products, and closing deals.


Product knowledge (UPVC) (Mandatory skill): In-depth technical understanding of UPVC products, features, and market applications.

Customer relationship management (CRM): Proficient in CRM systems for managing customer data, tracking sales pipelines, and nurturing enduring relationships.


Market research: Ability to analyze industry trends, gather competitor intelligence, and identify new business opportunities in the UPVC sector.

Contract negotiation: Skilled in negotiating terms and conditions with clients, distributors, and partners to maximize company interests and satisfaction.


Sales presentations: Competent in preparing and delivering compelling presentations tailored to varied audiences for enhanced engagement and conversion.

Team collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and customer satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to promote UPVC product lines and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to anticipate market trends, inform sales priorities, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations customized to customer needs and business objectives.

Negotiate and finalize agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Maintain meticulous sales records in CRM software and generate periodic sales reports for upper management review and strategic planning.

Collaborate with product development, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Provide expert feedback on product performance and customer needs to internal teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in offerings.
