Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Staff based in Bengaluru. The Marketing Staff will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, and supporting sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers to ensure optimal service delivery, promoting the brand, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The candidate will collaborate with the team and work closely with other stakeholders to enhance patient acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze trends and develop impactful campaigns
• Experience in Sales and the ability to meet goals related to patient or client acquisition
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare or physiotherapy industries is a plus but not mandatory
