About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Strategist who is equally comfortable behind the strategy desk and in front of the camera. This role blends strategic marketing expertise with content creation, ensuring our campaigns are not only data-driven but also culturally relevant and engaging. The right candidate will understand the nuances of fashion, storytelling, and digital-first communication.


What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, performance, brand, product) to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Design brand campaigns, GTM strategies, and seasonal activations to build awareness and loyalty.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to measure effectiveness, optimize ROI, and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities through emerging platforms, cultural trends, and new marketing tools.
  • Create and appear in fashion-led video content (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, YouTube Shorts, etc.) to build brand relatability and authority.
  • Act as both a strategist and on-camera storyteller, connecting directly with audiences through engaging, authentic content.


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, brand planning, or growth marketing.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital trends, and data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Confident on-camera presence with the ability to create and deliver engaging fashion/lifestyle content.
  • Deep interest in fashion, culture, and premium consumer brands.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and campaign tracking tools.
  • Ability to balance creative ideation with performance metrics.
  • Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or consumer brands is a plus.
