Company Description AIEMA (Ambattur Industrial Estate Manufacturers’ Association) has been representing and supporting small- and medium-scale industries in the Ambattur Industrial Estate since 1963. With the newly inaugurated AIEMA Skill Development Centre (2024), the organization is committed to enabling skill development, technological upgradation and capacity building for MSMEs, offering training programs — including light engineering and advanced manufacturing support — to strengthen the local workforce and industry community. TANCAM - AIEMA (Tamil Nadu Centre of Excellence for Advanced Manufacturing), part of the Ambattur Industrial Estate Manufacturers Association, provides a comprehensive range of IT and engineering services. These include manpower support, design, simulation, animation, 3D scanning and printing, and factory floor layout planning. TANCAM is dedicated to enabling growth in industrial and educational sectors through advanced engineering capabilities and specialized training programs. Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence for clients and partners in Tamil Nadu and beyond. Role Description We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team and help amplify AIEMA’s presence, co-ordinate with our members, and support business development for the Skill Development Center and related initiatives. Key Responsibilities Create and publish engaging content for AIEMA news , updates and communications (social media posts, newsletters, website updates, etc.) Coordinate with AIEMA members — network, organize communications, gather feedback, and foster relationships Support business development activities for TANCAM - AIEMA , including promoting the Skill Development Center (CNC & VMC) and associated services (e.g. training programs, member services, collaborations) Qualifications Any Bachelor’s degree / Diplomo (in any discipline) Good communication skill Preferred: Proficiency in two or more languages (helpful for communication across diverse member companies and trainees) Skills to Highlight Content creation & copywriting Member / stakeholder communication and coordination Basic marketing or business-development understanding Salary: As per industry standards How to Apply Please send your resume/CV to: skill1@aiema.net Early joiners are highly preferred.
