• Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and messaging.
• Optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CPL across campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows.
• Work with developers/designers to optimize website speed, UI/UX, and mobile-first performance.
• Use heatmaps, scroll maps, and session recordings (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, GA4) to identify friction points.
• Build and manage growth dashboards for leadership.
• Track campaign performance and website KPIs: bounce rate, add-to-cart %, checkout %, AOV, and LTV.
• Provide weekly insights with clear recommendations for scaling.
• Partner with content & design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Work with merchandisers to optimize product placement, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
• Align with SEO and email marketing to build full-funnel growth strategies.
• Explore emerging channels (Pinterest, programmatic ads, affiliates).
• Implement remarketing flows to reduce cart abandonment.
• Introduce personalization strategies (AI-driven recommendations, dynamic content).
• Understanding of e-commerce UX principles and Shopify/Shopify Plus (preferred).
• Analytical mindset with comfort in Excel/Sheets and dashboard tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across creative, tech, and sales.
• Creative freedom to test, iterate, and drive measurable impact.
