Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Merchandise Buyer & Planner. The Merchandise Buyer & Planner will be responsible for selecting and purchasing merchandise, managing inventory, analyzing sales trends, and coordinating with suppliers & getting competitive quotes. They will ensure timely availability of products and contribute to achieving sales targets. The merchandise planner & buyer will also be responsible for maintaining the targeted GMV & ensure the impact on the P&L should be positive. Date of Joining Immediate Joiner will be preferred Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for sales trend analysis and forecasting Effective Communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams Experience in Purchasing and Sales to select and procure merchandise Competence in Inventory Management to ensure optimal stock levels Ability to work on-site in Mumbai Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field Experience in the retail or lifestyle industry is a plus Show more Show less
