Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 3 years Type: Full-time We’re looking for a sharp, data-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through paid media across Meta, Google, and other digital channels. You’ll lead growth experiments, optimize CAC:LTV, and scale what works—fast. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate networks • Build and manage performance dashboards to track CAC, ROAS, CTR, LTV, and more • Deep-dive into data to derive insights, test hypotheses, and drive conversions • Collaborate with content, design, and product to craft high-performing ad creatives and landing pages • Manage media budgets efficiently to maximize ROI • Identify and onboard performance partners, agencies, and platforms as needed • Own A/B testing—from creative to copy to conversion • Implement remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel segmentation strategies • Stay ahead of performance marketing trends and tools What We’re Looking For • 2-3 years in performance marketing/growth roles (D2C preferred) • Proven results in managing 6- to 7-figure monthly ad spends • Strong analytical skills; mastery of Excel/Sheets and attribution tools (e.g. GA4, Mixpanel, Posthog) • Familiarity with Shopify, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads • Growth mindset with an eye for both data and creative • Strong communication, speed, and hustle Why Join Us You won’t just push campaigns—you’ll help build the next cult-favorite home brand out of India.
