Manage digital ad budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization . Track and analyze key KPIs (CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and ROI) to refine campaign strategies. Test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates. 3. Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to track campaign performance. Generate detailed performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations. Stay updated with market trends and adjust strategies to enhance digital marketing efforts. 4. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with design, content, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Mentor junior team members to strengthen SEO and performance marketing capabilities . Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives. 5. Budget Management: Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets across multiple channels. Monitor spending and optimize budget allocation for maximum cost efficiency . 6. Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with SEO, paid marketing trends, and emerging digital tools . Experiment with new strategies, platforms, and tools to stay ahead of the competition. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and performance marketing . Strong expertise in SEO, including keyword research, link building, and technical SEO . Hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn . Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills . Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization tools . Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously .
