Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Bektash and Rapos’ E-commerce websites.
Manage and mentor the internal marketing team.Coordinate with multiple agencies (creative, performance, SEO, influencer, production).Run performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Snapchat ads.Oversee social media strategy, content, reels, UGC, and engagement.Execute Local SEO for all Bektash outlets (maps ranking, reviews, keywords).Handle E-commerce SEO (keyword research, product page optimisation, technical SEO).Run WhatsApp Campaigns (offers, retention, automations, reactivation).Manage Email Marketing campaigns (newsletters, abandoned cart flows, promotions).Plan and execute In-store marketing campaigns (QR codes, posters, feedback systems).Work on website traffic growth, conversion optimisation, and customer retention.Create monthly marketing calendars and festival campaigns.Track KPIs, analyse data, and prepare weekly/monthly reports (GA4, UTM tracking).Skills Required
Strong experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
Expertise in Local SEO + E-commerce SEO.Strong knowledge of Email Marketing & WhatsApp Automation tools.Social media strategy and content planning skills.Experience coordinating multiple agencies.Analytical mindset with GA4 and reporting experience.Team management & leadership skills.Experience in F&B or E-commerce is a plus.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3 years of proven digital marketing experience.What We Offer
