Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive who can help us generate leads, build relationships, and grow our client base. This role blends outbound sales, inbound handling, and basic marketing execution perfect for someone early in their career who wants exposure to real business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, founders, SMEs, agencies)
  • Do cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and calls
  • Qualify leads and understand client requirements
  • Schedule discovery calls for the founder / senior team
  • Follow up consistently and maintain lead momentum
  • Help close small to mid-size deals

Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing LinkedIn & Instagram outreach campaigns
  • Share company work, case studies, and updates across platforms
  • Help with basic content coordination (not creation-heavy)
  • Support campaign ideas for lead magnets, portfolios, decks

CRM & Process

  • Maintain a simple lead tracker / CRM (Notion, Sheets, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Track outreach status, responses, and conversions
  • Prepare weekly reports on leads, responses, and learnings


Required Skills

  • 0–2 years experience in sales, marketing, business development, or agency environment
  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Telugu preferred)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach & follow-ups
  • Basic understanding of digital services (branding, UI/UX, websites, marketing)
  • Confident, proactive, and result-oriented mindset


Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in agency / SaaS / startup
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, WATI, or similar tools
  • Interest in design, tech, startups, or digital products
