We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth by coordinating marketing initiatives and supporting the sales team in lead generation, customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the Sales Team to track leads, sales opportunities, and progress through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare and present sales reports, market research data, and performance analytics to management.
• Coordinate and follow up with clients to ensure timely responses and successful closing of deals.
• Assist in proposal creation, quotations, and contract documentation for customers.
• Maintain up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) system and databases.

• Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
• Communicate with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate services.
• Assist in maintaining long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and post-sales support.
• Organize client meetings and follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹59,130.69 per month
