Job Description

We are looking for a PMO Specialist with expertise in Monday.com to manage and optimize Apptio Marketing’s project management workflows, dashboards, and reporting. You will be the go-to expert for Monday.com within Apptio’s Marketing org, supporting teams in delivering projects efficiently and ensuring portfolio visibility for leadership. Key Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Monday.com boards, dashboards, automations, and integrations.

Create and maintain project templates, workflows, and permissions for consistent usage.

Support PMO governance by tracking project progress, risks, and KPIs.

Develop portfolio-level dashboards and reports for leadership insights.

Provide training and best practice guidance to end-users.

Integrate Monday.com with other business tools to improve data flow.

Collaborate across Marketing org to drive platform adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in PMO or project management roles.

Hands-on expertise with Monday.com (advanced dashboards, automations, and integrations).

Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Monday.com Certified Professional

Prior experience in marketing project management

Comfortable with change and growth — open to evolving ideas, shifting priorities, and adapting to different communication styles
