Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a PMO Specialist with expertise in Monday.com to manage and optimize Apptio Marketing’s project management workflows, dashboards, and reporting. You will be the go-to expert for Monday.com within Apptio’s Marketing org, supporting teams in delivering projects efficiently and ensuring portfolio visibility for leadership.Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize Monday.com boards, dashboards, automations, and integrations.
  • Create and maintain project templates, workflows, and permissions for consistent usage.
  • Support PMO governance by tracking project progress, risks, and KPIs.
  • Develop portfolio-level dashboards and reports for leadership insights.
  • Provide training and best practice guidance to end-users.
  • Integrate Monday.com with other business tools to improve data flow.
  • Collaborate across Marketing org to drive platform adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in PMO or project management roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Monday.com (advanced dashboards, automations, and integrations).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Monday.com Certified Professional
  • Prior experience in marketing project management
  • Comfortable with change and growth — open to evolving ideas, shifting priorities, and adapting to different communication styles
