Job Description

Build and launch ads across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn following defined briefs.
Create and adapt ad copy variations and visual creatives using templates/tools.
Assist with designing and updating landing pages (basic layout + visual elements).
Conduct basic research on keywords, messaging angles, and audience themes.
Monitor core performance insights (CTR, conversions) and flag anomalies.
Assist with reporting and documentation.

Experimentation

Support A/B tests for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Work with the team to brainstorm creative ideas.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with performance marketer + leadership to execute plans.
Coordinate with designers, developers, and content to ship assets.

What Youll Need

1-2 years of paid marketing experience (internship OK).
Basic familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads (hands-on preferred).
Comfort using no-code or template-driven design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Webflow/Elementor/WP builders).
Strong written communication especially for ad copy.
Analytical problem-solving mindset + willingness to learn.
Self-starter who enjoys executing and improving fast.

Nice to Have

Experience with WordPress builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi)
Basic understanding of analytics tools (GA4, GTM)
