Position Overview We're looking for a results-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to streamline marketing processes, manage our tech stack, and drive performance through data and automation. You'll be a key partner to demand generation, sales, and analytics teams.
● Own and optimise marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
● Manage integrations across LMS + CRM (Leadsquared), website, analytics tools, and ad platforms.
● Evaluate and implement new MarTech tools to improve performance and scalability.
● Ensure accurate data capture, hygiene, segmentation, and lead routing.
● Create dashboards and performance reports for campaign analysis, pipeline contribution, and ROI tracking.
● Cross-functional collaboration on end-to-end funnel metrics and attribution.
● Identify bottlenecks and improve operational processes for greater efficiency
● Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) across marketing functions
● Train and enable team members on systems and workflows
● 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, or similar
● Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
● Strong analytical skills and familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
● Familiarity with attribution models and performance measuremen
