About the Role

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and student/parent insights to identify opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Brand Management

  • Build and strengthen the institution’s brand identity across multiple channels.
  • Drive PR campaigns, events, and partnerships to enhance visibility in the education sector.
  • Digital Marketing

  • Oversee SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing for student acquisition.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics.
  • Lead Generation & Admissions Support

  • Develop and execute campaigns to increase student leads, applications, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with admissions and sales teams to ensure smooth lead nurturing and enrollment.
  • Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives, content creators, and digital specialists.
  • Drive performance through clear KPIs and continuous feedback.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with academic teams, corporate partners, and vendors to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and education influencers.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of proven marketing experience in the Education industry (K-12, Higher Education, EdTech, or Training Institutes).

  • Strong understanding of

    student acquisition strategies, admissions cycles, and education market dynamics.

  • Demonstrated expertise in

    digital marketing, brand building, and campaign management.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
