Job Title: Marketing Manager


Role Summary

Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the company’s digital presence across

    Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and official websites

    .
  • Plan, curate, and execute content strategies including

    reels, videos, creatives, carousels, and promotional posts

    .
  • Develop and execute

    brand awareness, engagement, and lead-generation campaigns

    across platforms.
  • Plan, run, monitor, and optimize

    performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn

    .
  • Lead and coordinate

    video shoots, photography, and creative production

    , ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Provide clear and actionable

    creative direction to graphic designers, video editors, and content teams

    .
  • Create, manage, and maintain

    content calendars

    , campaign timelines, and special-day or festival posts.
  • Coordinate closely with

    creative, marketing, IT, and sales teams

    to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Track marketing performance using analytics tools, prepare

    regular performance reports

    , and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Execute and manage

    bulk email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

    for promotions and outreach.
  • Plan and drive promotions for

    national and international events

    , ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Handle

    data management, reporting, and client coordination

    related to marketing campaigns and activities.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in

    digital marketing and end-to-end campaign management

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    content strategy, brand communication, and marketing coordination

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    paid advertising platforms

    (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in using

    analytics and reporting tools

    to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, brands, and deadlines efficiently.
