About the Role
tsworks is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic marketing team and drive strategic initiatives that fuel business growth and enhance market positioning. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, execute personalized campaigns for account-based marketing, elevate brand visibility, and oversee our marketing operation. You will work closely with senior leadership while managing a talented team of digital marketers, content creators, social media specialists, and presales professionals.
