Job Title: Product Marketing Manager Location: Sector 63, Noida Job Type: Full-Time | Experience: 4-6 years Salary range: 8-10 LPA Industry: Electronics Department: Product Strategy & Marketing Job Summary We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager who plays a crucial role at the intersection of product development, marketing, and sales. Their primary goal is to position and promote a product effectively in the market to drive demand, adoption, and revenue. This role will bridge the relationship between product and market by understanding the product's features, benefits, and technical specifications, and translate these into compelling messages tailored to target audiences. Represent the voice of the customer and market insights within the organization to ensure the product meets customer needs. Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Competitive Analysis Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. Identify target segments and buyer personas. Positioning & Messaging Develop clear, compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks. Differentiate the product from competitors. Product Launch & Go-to-Market Planning Coordinate product launches, including creating launch plans, timelines, and collateral. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment. Sales Enablement Develop sales tools such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and demo scripts. Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and target markets. Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation Support marketing campaigns through content creation, including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and other promotional materials. Drive demand generation activities. Customer Feedback & Insights Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and market data. Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. Performance Analysis & Reporting Monitor campaign effectiveness, product adoption, and market impact. Adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback. Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or market research in the electronics industry. Strong understanding of electronics products, lifecycles and customer behavior. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and survey platforms. Excellent communication, storytelling, analytical, and project management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with consumer electronics, IoT, or electronic components. Familiarity with agile product development and UX research. Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing platforms. Ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
