Marketing Manager Sales

Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager Sales for the Industrial Oil division in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, your primary responsibility is to lead business development and marketing strategies for industrial oil products. You are expected to have a strong understanding of lubricants, proven experience in B2B sales, and the ability to manage client relationships across various industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the industrial oil segment. - Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking. - Manage relationships with existing clients, distributors, and channel partners. - Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends. - Collaborate with the technical and product development team to offer customized solutions. - Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine marketing approaches. - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings. - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic business plans. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing of industrial lubricants or oils. - Strong knowledge of industrial applications of lubricants and oils. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Familiarity with the Gujarat/Western India industrial market is preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.,
