Responsibilities:

• Social Media Marketing Management & Brand Storytelling (Create + Connect)

• Bring the brand to life by creating engaging and thought-provoking content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Build a compelling online presence that communicates who we are, what we stand for, and why we are changing the face of agriculture.
• Develop and manage high-impact educational content (posts, videos, and infographics) that captivates farmers, influencers, and policymakers alike.
• Monitor social media analytics and continuously optimise campaigns to ensure maximum engagement and impact.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate complex agricultural solutions into eye-catching visuals to attract Ideal Customer Profiles.

• Outreach & Engagement (Show Up + Shine)

• Create memorable and impactful awareness sessions, live demonstrations, and workshops for farmers, government officials, research institutions, and industry leaders.
• Represent Revin Krishi at leading agritech forums, industry events, and exhibitions—be the voice of our brand in the global conversation on climate-resilient agriculture.
• Build strategic relationships with academic institutions, government agencies, NGOs, and key industry players to amplify our mission and vision.
• Engage with agriculture influencers, journalists, and media outlets to elevate Revin Krishi's visibility of their various outputs

• Marketing Collateral Creation (Design to Inspire)

• Design brochures, pitch decks, and presentations that not only inform but also inspire investors, government officials, and corporate partners.
• Ensure all marketing materials are consistently on-brand and tell a cohesive story that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Work with technical teams to simplify complex concepts into compelling visual narratives that captivate the imagination.

• Grants, Awards & CSR Partnerships (Fund the Impact)

• Identify opportunities for Revin Krishi to shine—be it grants, awards, or funding—that align with our mission and vision.
• Build meaningful relationships with CSR leaders and funding agencies to foster impactful collaborations and projects.
• Craft persuasive, inspiring grant proposals and CSR reports that speak to our commitment to sustainable agriculture.

What We’re Looking For:

• A natural storyteller with exceptional communication skills who can bring ideas to life and create content that sparks conversation.
• A digital-savvy, content-loving creative with hands-on expertise in content creation, video editing, and graphic design (think Canva, Photoshop, or any other design tool that fuels your creativity!).
• A passion for social media marketing and engagement strategies, with the ability to create campaigns that resonate on an emotional level.
• A strategic thinker who loves diving into analytics to measure success and optimise strategies.
• A genuine interest in agritech, sustainability, or rural engagement is a huge plus, but not a requirement. We value creativity and passion above all!

Qualifications:

• No fancy degrees required—show us your creativity, portfolio, and passion for impactful storytelling!
• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, content creation, brand management, or similar creative roles.
• Proficiency in video editing, content writing, and graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, content strategies, and brand-building initiatives.
• Bonus points for a genuine interest in agriculture, sustainability, or rural development, but it’s your creativity and drive that matter most to us!
