Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing role based in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing branding initiatives, and ensuring a consistent market presence for Olystra's products. The role includes overseeing digital marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing social media platforms, and coordinating events and promotional activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Marketing, including digital marketing and marketing strategy development
Strong skills in Brand Management, Content Marketing, and Campaign Development
Analytical abilities for conducting Market Research and interpreting data to identify trends
Strategic planning and team management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in tools and technologies relevant to marketing, such as CRM platforms, social media tools, and analytics software
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage
