The role requires hands-on experience in planning and executing impactful campaigns, managing partnerships, and driving customer acquisition through targeted outreach activities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals and market positioning. Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine campaign direction. Plan, manage, and execute location-based campaigns , events, and promotional activities that drive foot traffic and customer engagement. Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate effectively for production, printing, and event-related services. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and physical touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams , especially Sales and Operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Monitor campaign performance using key metrics and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes. Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Supervise field marketing staff , assign tasks, and ensure timely execution of planned activities. Report regularly to senior management on campaign progress, market insights, and brand positioning.
