The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing marketing budgets, and leading a high-performing team. This role requires expertise in email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation workflows, and CRM integration. The Marketing Manager will report directly to senior management and play a critical role in driving growth and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI. Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team to ensure high performance and collaboration. Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking. Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel. Design and manage automated marketing workflows across multiple channels. Integrate and optimize CRM systems with marketing platforms to improve campaign efficiency and lead tracking. Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to senior management. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 4+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role. Proven experience in digital marketing, email marketing, and automation tools. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and motivate a team. Preferred Skills: Certification in marketing automation tools or CRM systems. Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
