Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Strategy & Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales and marketing strategy to attract and retain business clients, such as nursing homes, assisted living communities, healthcare organizations, and insurance providers.
  • Identify and target decision-makers within senior care facilities, hospitals, insurance companies, and other relevant partners.
  • Create and manage lead-generation campaigns through email, social media, webinars, and industry events.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs and pain points of B2B customers in the elder care sector to effectively tailor solutions and pitch offerings.

2. Relationship Building & Account Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target businesses.
  • Coordinate and lead negotiations, contract discussions, and partnerships with B2B clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to business clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

3. Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation:

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media) to generate interest and drive engagement with B2B prospects.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s branding and regulatory standards for the healthcare industry.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports , including insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.


5. Event Planning & Networking:

  • Organize, attend, and represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to build brand awareness and foster relationships within the elder care and healthcare sectors.
  • Develop relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders, and partners to position the company as a trusted expert in elder care solutions.

6. Sales Enablement & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts align with sales goals and provide them with the necessary tools and resources to convert leads into clients.
  • Assist the sales team in creating customized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of the B2B market.


Qualifications:

·       Master's degree in Sociology, MBA/BBA or a related field

·       Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

·       Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

·       Strong interpersonal skills.
