Key Deliverables:

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Ability to build

  brand strategy

  , go-to-market plans, and annual marketing calendars.
• Strong experience in

  digital marketing

  , performance campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media planning.
• Expertise in

  product positioning

  , competitive analysis, and market segmentation.

2. Product & Portfolio Management

• End-to-end experience in

  new product development (NPD)

  from concept to launch.
• Knowledge of

  nutraceutical ingredients, formulations, claims, and regulatory requirements

  (FSSAI, US FDA, EFSA preferred).
• Capability to manage

  product lifecycle, pricing, and value proposition

  .

3. Market Research & Insights

• Skilled in identifying

  market trends, consumer insights, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting

  .
• Ability to prepare

  marketing dashboards

  using data analytics tools.

4. Commercial & Business Skills

• Strong understanding of

  P&L management, budgeting, ROI tracking

  , and business forecasting.
• Ability to support

  sales teams

  with marketing collaterals, training, and promotional strategies.

5. Communication & Leadership

• Excellent skills in

  brand storytelling

  , content development, and technical content marketing (for ingredients).
• Capability to lead

  high-performing teams

  , manage agencies, and coordinate with R&D, QA, Production, and BD.
• Strong presentation skills for
