Troubleshooting and resolving production issues related to blending, mixing, encapsulation, and tableting will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Food Science & Technology, along with 5-7 years of experience in the nutraceutical or Ayurveda industry. Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment such as tablet presses, capsule filling machines, and blenders is required. A strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements in the nutraceutical sector, as well as excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, will be crucial for success. Preferred skills for this role include experience with sports nutrition and pre-workout formulations, as well as familiarity with stability testing and shelf-life analysis. Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities are also essential qualities for this position.
