Responsibilities: Develop and execute overall brand strategy, positioning, and voice to ensure a consistent and compelling brand identity across all touchpoints. Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Implement effective SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies to boost organic visibility, customer retention, and conversion rates. Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, newsletters, and the website, ensuring alignment with brand tone and audience interest. Manage and grow social media channels using a mix of organic strategies and paid promotions to build brand presence and community. Optimize website and landing pages for UX/UI and conversion, using A/B testing and performance data to improve lead generation and sales. Build and nurture a loyal customer community through engagement programs, feedback collection, and close collaboration with support teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, design, and leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Manage marketing budgets and track key metrics, delivering performance reports and strategic insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Requirement: 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
