Marketing Manager

Role Purpose:

The Marketing & Branding Manager will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing and brand-building initiatives for the organization. This role oversees the marketing function end-to-end, ensuring cohesive brand expression, impactful communication, and strong market positioning. The manager will report directly to the Head of the Department, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and seamless coordination across all verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as a key leader within the marketing and branding division, providing strong strategic direction and vision.

· Report to the Head of the Department and ensure all activities, plans, and executions align with the larger organizational goals.

· Develop, manage, and optimize the department’s budget, ensuring every initiative drives measurable value and ROI.

· Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer behavior insights, and strategic opportunities.

· Convert market insights into clear strategies for campaigns, product positioning, digital initiatives, and brand-building.

· Identify improvement areas across offerings, brand communication, promotional strategies, and customer experience.

· Approve and oversee high-impact marketing campaigns, creative concepts, and brand communication before rollout.

· Play a key role in decisions related to advertising, packaging, branding, media planning, and communication tone.

· Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define annual marketing targets, budgeting, branding priorities, and performance metrics.

· Monitor campaign KPIs, brand performance, and sales impact while ensuring agile adjustments for maximum efficiency.

· Uphold all brand guidelines, company policies, and compliance standards across the department’s operations.
