Marketing Manager:- Marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who’s eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs. Responsibilities:- ·        Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events. ·        Create engaging content for marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website copy. ·        Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions. ·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and key influencers. ·        Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve the company's marketing efforts. ·        Develop and execute marketing plans for LT Switchgear products. ·        Collaborate with the sales team to identify market opportunities and customer needs. ·        Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to optimize marketing efforts. ·        Manage the company's marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies. ·        Coordinate with other departments, such as product development and design, to ensure product positioning and messaging align with market demands. Qualifications and Skills:- ·        A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. ·        Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the electrical industry or a related sector. ·        Knowledge of LT Switchgear products and the electrical industry is desirable. ·        Strong strategic planning and execution skills. ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders. ·        Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies, such as marketing automation platforms, analytics software, and social media management tools. ·        Creativity in developing engaging marketing content and campaigns. ·        Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
