Job Description

Shift Incharge A Shift incharge is a professional who is in charge of overseeing business operations on their shift. They must be able to delegate tasks, resolve problems, and make sure that everything goes smoothly for everyone during a given work shift, including stocking inventory all day long until closing down at night. Responsibilities:- ·        Overseeing and managing the operations of the production or assembly department during assigned shifts in the LT (Low Tension) Switchgear manufacturing facility. ·        Ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and production targets specific to LT Switchgear production. ·        Supervising and coordinating the work of team members involved in the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of LT Switchgear products, assigning tasks, and monitoring their progress. ·        Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise within the team or work environment related to LT Switchgear production. ·        Ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities used in LT Switchgear manufacturing. ·        Collaborating with other shift incharges and department heads to optimize work processes and improve efficiency in LT Switchgear production. ·        Maintaining accurate records and submitting regular reports on the shift's performance in LT Switchgear manufacturing. ·        Ensuring proper inventory management and resource utilization specific to LT Switchgear components and raw materials. ·        Participating in training and development programs to enhance personal and team skills relevant to LT Switchgear manufacturing. ·        Performing any other related duties as assigned by the management in the context of LT Switchgear production. Qualification and Skills:- ·        A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on electrical systems and equipment. ·        Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in an LT Switchgear manufacturing or related industry. ·        Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team involved in LT Switchgear production. ·        Good knowledge of LT Switchgear manufacturing processes, quality control, safety procedures, and relevant industry standards. ·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, informed decisions related to LT Switchgear production. ·        Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for record-keeping and reporting specific to LT Switchgear manufacturing. ·        Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and adapt to changing
