Production Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at LT Switchgears. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality switchgear products. We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.  Responsibilities:- ·        Manage and lead a team of production staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the department. ·        Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and improve overall efficiency. ·        Monitor and maintain the quality of products in accordance with company standards and industry requirements. ·        Plan and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet production targets and deadlines. ·        Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. ·        Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. ·        Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the adoption of new technologies to enhance production capabilities. ·        Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality materials and components. ·        Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations. ·        Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, supporting their professional development and growth. Qualifications and Skills:- 1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is required. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the electrical or electronics industry. 3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. 4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of implementing successful process improvements. 5. Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation tools
