We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Lead to support our business development process.---

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who excels at lead management, communication, coordination, and ensuring consistent marketing performance. You will be responsible for driving lead conversions, maintaining accurate lead databases, and supporting the marketing team to meet monthly targets.---

Key Responsibilities

Manage all incoming and existing marketing leads with timely follow-ups and communication.Maintain and update the lead management system, ensuring accurate status tracking, reporting, and documentation.Regularly contact potential leads via phone, email, or messages and record interactions.Schedule and coordinate daily/weekly updates with internal teams regarding lead progress.Conduct weekly Marketing Team Meetings, review performance, share updates, and set action items.Track monthly marketing targets, lead conversion metrics, campaign performance, and ensure deadlines are met.Share regular reports with management on lead quality, campaign results, and conversion rates.Maintain strong coordination with the operations/sales/design teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.Assist in planning and executing marketing activities aligned with the firm’s growth strategy.---

Required Skills & Qualifications

MBA in Marketing (Mandatory).Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, lead management, or business development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational and follow-up capabilities.Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and lead tracking systems (preferred).Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks at once.---
