Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead to head brand and growth marketing across our portfolio of global brands. This role is both strategic and hands-on — you’ll shape how international brands are perceived in India, working across performance marketing, creative campaigns, social media, influencer strategies, and marketplace visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute 360° marketing strategies for multiple global brands across India
• Drive brand positioning, communication tone, and go-to-market launches
• Lead digital campaigns (Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for awareness, engagement & sales
• Oversee social media, influencer collaborations, community building & content calendars
• Work closely with internal Creative, Performance and Brand Business teams
• Align marketing KPIs with brand P&L goals and performance metrics
• Coordinate external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors
• Optimize spends and strategies based on real-time campaign analytics
• Keep an eye on global and Indian trends to create standout brand moments

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years of marketing experience — preferably with D2C, consumer electronics, or lifestyle brands
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, social platforms, content strategy and performance metrics
• Prior experience managing full-funnel campaigns (from creative to conversion)
• Excellent creative judgment — knows what makes a brand stand out in the Indian market
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with a bias for execution in fast-paced environments
• Leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional stakeholders
