Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management & Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the team of 6 PROs, ensuring their daily/weekly targets and performance KPIs are achieved.
  • Provide guidance and training to PROs on admissions pitch, parent handling, and communication strategies.
  • Branding & Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to strengthen brand positioning of the schools.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with the design team for creatives like banners, posters, brochures, and event promotions.
  • Admissions Growth
  • Plan and implement effective admission campaigns to achieve yearly student enrollment targets.
  • Organize school promotional events, open houses, education fairs, and home visits with PROs.
  • Track leads generated, parent enquiries, and ensure timely follow-up until conversion.
  • Community & Outreach Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with local communities, educational consultants, and parent networks.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, CSR initiatives, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand trends in the education sector.
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports to management on PRO performance, admissions status, and marketing ROI.
  • Suggest data-driven strategies for admissions improvement.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in branding, marketing campaigns, and admissions growth.
  • Knowledge of CBSE school operations and parent expectations.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and analytics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in educational marketing/admissions, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in handling PROs/Admissions teams preferred.
  • Exposure to Chennai/Tiruvallur market will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
