Marketing Head

Synergy Hr is looking for an innovative Marketing Manager with expertise in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns. The marketing manager shall skilfully drive brand growth through all relevant marketing tools. Thus spearheads our new initiatives in Bengaluru and Mumbai. The ideal candidate shall have a proven track record in social media marketing, brand development, digital marketing, PR , brand building amongst others.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategy through brand plans - Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI- Initiate email marketing, SEO, social media, and content strategy - Strategize Google, Facebook and Insta contents - Responsible for website management and agency relationship - Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards - Analyse sales data and provide insights to sales team - Identify and mitigate risks that could impact brand value - Responsible to meet Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Targets for the respective projects.

Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in marketing of real estate, with a proven track record - Strong knowledge of marketing --- social , digital, print and event based - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and provide insights - Strong product connections and engage with marketing agencies, network with reliable groups to generate continuous business and strong penetration among corporate clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent - Experience working with CRM software like Salesforce. - Strong network of contacts in the real estate industry - Should not have location restriction ( either Mumbai or Bengaluru)
