The Marketing Growth Strategist will work closely with the Marketing team and Customer Success team to turn client insights and industry signals into marketing strategies that drive reach, engagement, and measurable growth. This role focuses on amplifying Hyly.AI’s presence across the multifamily industry through LinkedIn engagement, thought leadership, and external partnerships, ensuring our story connects with the right audience and delivers tangible visibility outcomes.
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or growth strategy.
2. Proven success managing or scaling LinkedIn engagement and community visibility for a SaaS or B2B brand.
3. Strong understanding of content distribution, influencer engagement, and campaign amplification.
4. Excellent storytelling and writing skills — able to craft clear, high-impact messages.
5. Comfortable interpreting customer and performance data to inform marketing strategy.
