Job Description

Job Summary:

The Marketing Growth Strategist will work closely with the Marketing team and Customer Success team to turn client insights and industry signals into marketing strategies that drive reach, engagement, and measurable growth. This role focuses on amplifying Hyly.AI’s presence across the multifamily industry through LinkedIn engagement, thought leadership, and external partnerships, ensuring our story connects with the right audience and delivers tangible visibility outcomes.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase Hyly.AI’s marketing reach and engagement across LinkedIn and external platforms.
  • Collaborate with the CSM team to capture client insights, wins, and pain points that can be transformed into marketing stories or campaigns.
  • Identify and pursue visibility opportunities — guest posts, podcasts, and speaking engagements — to strengthen Hyly.AI’s voice in the industry.
  • Engage with influencers, associations, and industry groups to expand thought-leadership presence and credibility.
  • Repurpose and distribute existing marketing assets through third-party channels for extended reach.
  • Track visibility metrics (non-Hyly engagement, impressions, content performance) and present monthly growth insights.
  • Support ongoing campaigns that reinforce Hyly.AI’s category leadership around the Intelligence Fabric, Halo, and Do More.


Must Have Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or growth strategy.

2. Proven success managing or scaling LinkedIn engagement and community visibility for a SaaS or B2B brand.

3. Strong understanding of content distribution, influencer engagement, and campaign amplification.

4. Excellent storytelling and writing skills — able to craft clear, high-impact messages.

5. Comfortable interpreting customer and performance data to inform marketing strategy.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience partnering with Customer Success or Sales to turn insights into marketing material.
  • Familiarity with PR, event visibility, or media outreach.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating quick, on-brand marketing visuals or campaign mockups. ?
  • A good visual sense for aligning messaging with design and layout.
  • Background in multifamily, proptech, or SaaS industries.Proficiency with Notion, HubSpot, and analytics tools.
