We are a digital finance team who make sure that your business can run without the need a single on-site accounts team. Responsibilities Lead and manage marketing research initiatives to measure campaign effectiveness across digital, TV, radio, and print. Conduct primary and secondary research (pre- and post-testing) to assess marketing campaign performance. Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform targeted marketing strategies. Collaborate with creative, media, and marketing teams to interpret research data and provide actionable insights. Design and implement research methodologies (surveys, focus groups, etc.). Track and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market data to evaluate marketing impact. Prepare reports and presentations of research findings and recommendations for leadership. Manage external research vendor relationships, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets. Ensure research aligns with company goals and informs marketing strategy decisions. Manage research budgets for cost-effective resource utilization. Conduct social media research on LinkedIn and Instagram campaign performance (engagement, reach, effectiveness). Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and marketing strategies on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. Collaborate with the social media team to align research with strategy and optimize content and targeting. Provide insights to enhance brand presence, engagement, and conversions on social media. Develop and conduct social media surveys and audience feedback initiatives. Skills: Research Methodologies: Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and other techniques. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Statistical Analysis: Basic understanding of statistical analysis techniques and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS). Marketing Campaign Measurement: Understanding of how marketing campaigns are measured across various media channels (digital, TV, radio, print, social media). Consumer Behavior Analysis: Interest in learning about consumer behavior, preferences, and market trends. Social Media Research: Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and interest in learning how to analyze campaign effectiveness. Competitive Analysis: Interest in learning how to track and analyze industry trends and competitor marketing strategies. Reporting and Presentation: Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present research findings, insights, and recommendations to various audiences. Project Management: Ability to assist in managing research projects, timelines, and resources. Vendor Management: Ability to assist in managing relationships with external research vendors. Budget Management: Understanding of basic budgeting principles. Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal teams (creative, media, marketing) and external vendors. Strategic Thinking: Interest in learning how research findings are aligned with company goals and objectives and how they inform marketing strategy development. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field. Internship or project experience in marketing research or a related role is preferred. Demonstrated success in assisting with research projects. Experience with social media research and analytics is a plus.
