Job Description

A Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote a company’s products, services, or brand. This role involves coordinating activities across multiple marketing channels, conducting market research, creating content, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with teams to ensure marketing objectives align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
  • Perform market research to identify target audiences, analyze trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and public relations activities.
  • Create engaging marketing content such as copy for websites, social media posts, email newsletters, press releases, and ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design teams, vendors, and agencies to produce marketing materials and multimedia content.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
  • Manage social media accounts and help grow online presence.
  • Assist in budgeting, tracking expenditures, and reporting ROI.
  • Maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Support SEO activities and content optimization.
  • Organize and attend events or webinars to promote company products or services.
  • Contribute ideas to improve marketing tactics and strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 1–3 years) in marketing roles or campaigns.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and copywriting abilities.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and SEO principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Time management skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,540.17 - ₹20,502.62 per month
