Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data that helps inform strategic decisions across the business. You will turn data into insights, build dashboards, and identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Build and maintain predictive models or statistical analyses where applicable.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular audits and validation.
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to improve data infrastructure.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.).
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of statistics, data modeling, and analytics best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,970.07 - ₹25,465.40 per month
