Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support business intelligence efforts across our e-commerce and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with datasets, generating insights, and providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support product and pricing strategies
• Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
• Interpret data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to track KPIs and optimize e-commerce processes
• Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning through data modeling
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and internal systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 1+ years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Proficient in MS Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts)
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
