Data Analyst (Power BI + AI Integration)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong Power BI knowledge who is also eager to learn AI and API integrations. The candidate will be responsible for gathering data from multiple platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, logistics, and payment partners), preparing the data, and creating impactful dashboards in Power BI. Over time, the candidate will also work on integrating AI and real-time APIs, so that dashboards automatically refresh with live data and provide predictive insights. Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and merge data from multiple platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, logistics partners, payment gateways, etc.). Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for sales, marketing, logistics, and RTO analysis. Automate data refresh and enable real-time updates in Power BI using APIs. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and management teams to define reporting requirements. Learn and apply AI-driven analytics (training provided) to deliver predictive insights. Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports. Continuously explore new tools and techniques to improve dashboard performance and automation. Required Skills & Qualifications Good knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design). Experience in data cleaning and transformation from multiple sources (Excel, CSV, SQL, APIs). Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, or automation workflows (Zapier, Python, or similar tools is a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills to present insights to non-technical teams. Good to Have
Advanced features of Power BI (automation, advanced DAX, custom visuals). Knowledge of Python / R for advanced analytics. Hands-on with AI tools (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) for predictive modeling and automation. Experience in e-commerce analytics (Shopify, marketplaces, logistics data). What We Offer
