Customer Relationship Manager

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to act as a bridge between customers and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and generate new leads through referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, operations, etc.) to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve products/services.
• Use CRM software to track interactions, update client records, and manage pipelines.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with key accounts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while paying attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data-driven insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,756.97 - ₹25,151.42 per month
