Pay:

Client Relationship Manager (CRM)About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Act as the
primary contact for clients
during the post-production phase.
Oversee and
manage delivery timelines
for photos, videos, albums, and print products.
Coordinate
album design approvals, revisions, and print orders
with precision.
Collaborate with
photographers, editors, designers, and print vendors
to deliver high-quality results.
Track
production milestones
and keep clients updated at every stage.
Address
client inquiries, feedback, and concerns
with empathy and professionalism.
Ensure all client expectations are
met or exceeded
within agreed timelines.
Maintain
accurate client records
using CRM/project management tools.
Proactively follow up to ensure
client satisfaction, testimonials, and referrals
.
Upsell and cross-sell
services to enhance revenue opportunities.
Handle
escalations effectively
and ensure smooth service recovery.

Required Candidate Profile

Excellent
communication and relationship management
skills.
Prior experience in
CRM, client servicing, or project coordination
preferred.
Strong
organizational and multitasking
abilities.
Proficiency in
CRM/project management tools & MS Office
.
A
customer-first mindset
with problem-solving ability.
