Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Manage customer relationships through various touchpoints (website, email, chat) to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer life cycle management process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, CES, and churn rate to measure program effectiveness.
