Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market, customer needs, and company goals, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities in CRM and regularly report on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,381.09 - ₹25,369.29 per month
