Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Analyze client requirements and present tailored business proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with international clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the internal technical and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and deal closures.
  • Track and report performance metrics for ongoing improvement.
  • Stay updated with trends in IT services and digital marketing to offer relevant solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably via Upwork.
  • Solid understanding of online bidding processes and proposal writing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with IT services such as web development, mobile apps, SEO, and digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
