About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across multiple business domains, including Education, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Corporate Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating strategic sales plans, building strong partnerships, and driving business growth through effective leadership and execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

· Drive revenue growth across multiple business segments (Education, F&B, Hospitality, Corporate sales).

· Visit and tie up with institutions, consultants, colleges, and universities for training sessions and career counselling programs.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with principals, faculty members, and institutional heads.

· Lead the sales goals to ensure consistent achievement of targets.

· Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and understand customer needs.

· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

· Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.

Requirements

· 4–10 years of proven experience in sales leadership or managerial roles.

· Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strong track record in at least two or more domains: Education, F&B, Hospitality, or Corporate Sales.

· Strong business acumen with the ability to strategize and execute effectively.

· Leadership qualities focused on performance, growth, and team development.

· Based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar.
