Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Brand & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Marketing

  : Plan, create, and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to build brand visibility and community engagement.

• Graphic Design

  : Develop high-quality creatives, event collaterals, presentations and digital assets aligned with the brand identity.

• Digital Marketing

  : Support SEO, email campaigns, website content updates, analytics tracking, and paid promotions.

• Events

  : Assist in the planning and execution of Connexus’ signature events, roundtables and global forums – including promotions, branding and pre and post-event communication.

• Brand Building

  : Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in startups, consulting, or event/community-driven organizations.
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva/Adobe Suite) and social media management platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking and project management skills.
• Confidence and gravitas. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
