Marketing Executive

The Role:

This role drives end-to-end customer engagement through campaigns, content, and data-led insights to enhance retention and conversions. It also ensures smooth execution by collaborating with cross functional teams and resolving escalations through root cause analysis.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategically lead the customer engagement module to elevate customer interactions

throughout their journey.

• Efficiently use tools to nurture customers, driving stronger engagement, retention, and

conversions.

• Oversee the development, execution, and timely deployment of campaigns (offers, banners,

promotions, earn & burn initiatives, and new feature launches), ensuring alignment with

business goals and monitoring performance for improvements.

• Lead content creation and maintain centralized content repositories for consistency, version

control, and easy access.

• Analyse data insights to refine customer experiences, recommend strategic adjustments, and support product journey enhancements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for escalations identifying causes, implementing fixes, and

planning long-term preventive measures.

• Prepare and maintain regular reports on campaign performance, escalations, and overall

engagement metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Risk, Ops, Product, etc.) to ensure smooth

campaign execution and resolution of issues.

• Support ad-hoc tasks and other operational activities to meet business needs.

Experience and Qualification Required:

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or any related field
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to network
• Team Working & ownership driven mentality
• Basic Excel
• Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organization and planning skills
• Preferably an MBA in Marketin
